This application can be used to scan labels on a selection of products that feature the Swisse Scan icon, typically located on the back of the label near the barcode. The rollout of this icon is being gradually implemented across the entire Swisse product range.

The icon associated with the app utilizes proprietary surface scan identification technology that cannot be replicated by counterfeiters, ensuring a secure verification process.

A successful scan confirms that the product label is genuine. However, it is important to note that a positive result pertains only to the label’s authenticity and does not verify the contents of the product within the container.

Users should be aware that due to variations in camera lighting calibration, the app is not compatible with iPad devices.

For optimal results, it is recommended to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Keep both the camera and product steady during scanning.
• Place the product on a stable surface such as a table or shelf.
• Follow on-screen instructions carefully when positioning for the scan.
• Perform scans in well-lit environments.
• Ensure the camera is held squarely to align properly with the label icon.

It should be noted that this app cannot confirm the authenticity of products within a Swisse vial beyond verification of the label. While successful label authentication indicates that at the point of filling by Swisse Wellness, the product was authentic, Swisse does not guarantee the contents of containers after their initial fill date.
